For the sake of your mental health NEVER EVER buy a pre-owned vehicle without getting it inspected by PWSPI. The nightmare you’ll face after buying a trouble-ridden used auto is very much preventable.
If you’re a mechanic yourself or you know your way around cars, then it’s easy for you to spot problems. If not, don’t decide based on gut feeling. Make an informed choice with the help of PWSPI’s 188-point premium inspection-wherever the vehicle is located, schedule made as close to a moment’s notice, at your chosen time, for less than two hours, and for only $2,600. A cheap amount to pay for dodging a potential source of frustration and daily peeve.
They’ll tell you if an engine is a so-called blow-by or headed for a full overhaul, or was previously overhauled; a transmission is brick as shown by faulty shifting and shift shocks; malfunctioning air conditioner, engine cooling issues; steering and under-chassis problems; fault codes using an OBD scanner; odometer rollback or tampering: signs of submersion; latero or body works; and, 100 plus others absolutely worth knowing before signing that deed of sale. Decision is all yours, though.

I should know. I got their service twice in a span of only four days coz I made a decision that I won’t be carried away by good marketing and nice exteriors.
First car we checked was a 6-year old diesel Mazda that looks like a dream but was actually terminally ill. The inspection revealed a leaking engine with white smoke and oil splattering out of the dip stick tube and a thud in shifting-which are very costly to repair. Clearly a sign that it was deprived of the care of a diligent owner. While a deal-breaker, discovering these defects is a lifesaver. I can’t imagine myself having to deal with remorse for making a clearly avoidable headache.
The next car we checked was another 6-year old, but this time a Toyota, in immaculate external condition as well with a low 2-year mileage. Gut told me to grab it right away. But experience with PWSPI said otherwise. Save for very minor and affordable repair issues, the car ticked all of PWSPI’s boxes and passed with high marks. Immediately after reading the report, I closed the deal with the seller.
It’s very pleasant and easy to deal with the highly professional staff of PWSPI. Booking is a breeze. Kim, a sales exec, was very accommodating and obliging for giddy buyers like. Even after office hours, she’d answer my messages and indulge my booking requests. You can just feel that they have your back. PWSPI would even link you to their market contacts for pre- inspected units.
The two inspectors that checked the cars are highly skilled and competent. They follow a set of protocols and procedure in the inspection and check them against PWSPI standards. They know that they’re advocates of the buyer so you can feel that they’re protecting your interest. By experience, they could finish the inspection in about an hour or two. Hats off to Pong and Vince for efficiently doing their work by making sure that the cars are thoroughly inspected and tested so they can discover obscure kinks.
To the management of PWSPI, keep it up and more. You must be doing something excellent in how the company is run by the way your agents handled my business. I wish all service companies are like yours. As a highly satisfied client, you now have a prospect for your insurance service.
